Growth Group leaders are a vital part of the health and growth of Crosspointe Church. Our desire is to equip and train each leader to handle all the possible situation they might face while leading a group. Below you will find resources for becoming a better leader.

Child Care Policy

• -Each Growth Group will be responsible for arranging their child care needs. The Church will provide a list of students either, high school or college, which groups can contact.
• -Each Child Care Coordinator will receive a form to fill out for each student they use. The form will be filled out each week that a student baby sits. The form can be found at the bottom of this web page.
  
  

PAYMENT

• There are two forms of payment for the baby sitters.
  -Credit towards winter or summer camp.
  -Check
  All high school students that baby sit will receive credit.
• All college students will receive a check for their services.
  
  

CHILD CARE HOUR FORMS

• -All forms are to be turned into Carie in the church office.
  - Checks will be issued two times during the semester, one in the middle of the semester and one at the end of the semester. All baby sitting forms must be turned in no later than week 6 of the semester and no later than 1 week after the end of the growth group semester.
• -Checks then will be issued the following Sunday.
  
  * For Growth Groups that meet on Wednesday Night, please refrain from asking a high school student to baby sit. Wednesday night is youth group and we do not want any students choosing baby sitting over youth group.
  
  * For Growth Groups that meet on Wednesday Night, Awana is available for you child. There is a cost for having your child in Awana and you can find all those details by checking out the Awana page. CLICK HERE
